The Shift

The mindfulness programme that shifts your energy and attention away from our constant to-do-list towards making space for a little bit of calm from which new possibilities can emerge.

No platform, no log-in. Only one short zoom chat once a week, and a few easy exercises to do in between sessions. 

How this works

You're already interested in mindfulness and you've heard how beneficial it would be to your health and wellbeing. You might have even tried it but you struggled to fit it into your busy schedule, then this programme is for you.

 

This 4-week-programme is designed to integrate mindful moments into your busy day. 

 

We will meet once a week on zoom for about 10-15 minutes to feedback on how the previous week has been and to chose next week's mindful moment.
