Katrina Niesitka
Therapeutic Life Coach and Pilates Teacher
Katrina has worked in the fitness and personal development field for over 20 years. Her career started in a small gym in London that focused on women's health and wellbeing.
After completing her Pilates Teacher training, she started teaching in various gyms and complementary health clinics in London until she founded her own Pilates studio and coaching practice.
Her aim is to support her clients in finding more ease and freedom in their bodies, their movements, their potential and their possibilities.
One of her favourite questions to anyone is:
"On your last day, what would you regret not having done?", and then work with them on that thing, if they're keen.

Jackie, Pilates student
“You've helped me in so many ways; the physical ones, and also my mental well-being. In a time of big life change for me, this has been one of the things that I've brought into my life and will take forwards.”
Alice, The Shift client
“The programme surprised me with how powerful these seemingly small changes can be, and as a busy mum reminded me that prioritising myself is not selfish but important.
Small shifts made a real difference to my mindset and improved my day.
I would recommend this course if you've forgotten how to take some time for yourself.”
Carole, former Pilates student
"I would like to thank you for being a wonderful teacher for these last 8 years and I will miss your classes."
