How this works

The exercises are specifically designed to restore your pelvic floor's natural function that goes far beyond doing "Kegels". 

 

This 10-week-programme re-integrates your pelvic floor in a way that allows it to work the way it was designed to, as part of a whole. 

 

We will cover the mind-body connection, breathing patterns and habitual patterns to bring your pelvic floor back into balance so you can rely on it again to cope with all the happy moments and the unexpected events as well. 

This course is suitable for women any age who are keen to improve their pelvic floor function, whether you had children or not.
