Bookings & Payments
If booking and paying online, bookings and payments are processed securely via acuity scheduling and stripe. Upon booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with relevant information about your appointments. Please save your booking confirmation email for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule an agreed session requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Online Classes
KN Pilates is based in the UK. When taking part in our online classes, please ensure that the teacher can clearly see you. If you are taking part in our online classes you do so at your own risk and responsibility. When taking part in our classes you are entering into a contract subject to English Law with the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
GROUP CLASSES
Missing Class
Please do your best to attend all classes to get the most out of your course.
If you cannot make it to class, please let me know via email as soon as possible so that I don’t have to worry about you but also so I know that there will be a space available for someone else to make up their missed class. This will affect yourself when you wish to make up your missed session!
Beginners Classes / Foundation Course
If there are two Beginner Classes/Foundation Courses on the timetable:
If you have to miss your booked class, you may join the other class with my prior consent.
If only one Beginners Class/ Foundation Course is on the timetable:
If you have to miss a class, you may be able to join an improvers class nearer the end of the term.
Classes cannot be carried over onto the next term.
Improvers and Intermediate Classes
If you miss a class, you can make it up in another class with my prior consent. Classes should be made up by the end of the booked term (half term or full term).
Classes cannot be carried over onto the next term.
1:1 / 2:1 SESSIONS
Please inform me if you cannot make a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Should I receive less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee is applicable if paying for single sessions, or one session will be deducted from your block of classes.
If you purchased a block of 6 sessions, these need to be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. If you purchased a block of 10 sessions, these need to be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date.
REFUNDS / DEFERRALS
Up to 2 weeks before the course start date:
If for any reason you cannot attend the course you purchased, you can either transfer onto the next course if a place is available, or receive a refund (-£5 admin fee)
Once your course has started, refunds or deferrals are no longer possible.
1:1 Taster Sessions
If for any reason you have changed your mind, please contact me as soon as possible but at least 24 hours before your booked session to reschedule.

Coaching Sessions
Location
Sessions will be held via zoom through the same link each time. You will find the zoom link in your booking confirmation email.
Zoom set-up
Please make sure you are in a private, quiet space. To avoid distractions, mute notifications. Make sure your device is plucked in or has enough battery life before we start.
Time Keeping
Please join the zoom room a few minutes before the start of our session to make sure we can start on time. If you are late, the session will not be extended. If you are 10 minutes late without contacting me, the session will be void. Coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length.
Confidentiality
As discussed in our initial conversation, our sessions are private and confidential. Any physical notes I take are kept in a locked cabinet. The content of our sessions will not be shared unless I have a legal duty to do so.
Emotional Turbulence
As described in our initial conversation, the sessions may bring up challenging emotions, memories or feelings. This is often experienced as part of the work of gaining clarity around the issues you would like to resolve. Please remember, you can always pause, take a break or ask to try a different approach.
Mental Health
If for any reason you feel your mental health needs attention, seek the help of a mental health professional. Depending on their advice, our sessions may be paused if necessary.
