Therapeutic life coaching is a form of personal development coaching that encourages you to go deeper and look at the actual root cause, discovering what is actually standing in your way.

This mindful approach aims to resolve the patterns you once created as a coping mechanism but are no longer serving you today. 

In this way, real behaviour change is developed which is integrated into your everyday life.
