THE SHIFT

A Mindfulness Programme that's designed to ease stress, anxiety and overwhelm



​You have probably heard what a difference mindfulness can make in how we experience life and you are intrigued but fitting it into our busy schedule can be difficult.

That's why I have created "The Shift", a programme that adds mindfulness-sprinkles into your day.

It is designed to shift us out of our natural tendency to focus on the negative (aka the negativity bias of our brain) and into a more positive view of our everyday which could lead to stress reduction, more energy and focus, and better sleep.

​We feel more at ease, find time for what's important to us, and have a more positive outlook.

How it works


We meet on zoom once a week for about 10 minutes where I give you an easy exercise to do daily.

​Each exercise takes only a few seconds.

The exercises are linked to activities you do already (aka habit stacking) which makes it easier to actually do.

The various exercises include intention setting, visualisation, reframes, breathing and moments of mindfulness.

How long is the programme?
It's 7 weeks.
​We will meet 1:1 on zoom for 10-15 minutes at a time that works for both of us,

How much is it?
It is FREE - for now.
​From January 2026, this will be a paid programme.
