I'm not telling you what to eat or how to exercise. Holistic Weight Loss Coaching takes a different approach. Our focus will not be on what you eat. Instead we discover why you eat what you eat. In 10 weekly 1:1 online sessions, we will dive deep into the underlying beliefs and perspectives that are at the root of your current experience around food and movement. Weight loss is possible without the pain, the shame and the guilt. (Those states might actually be the reason why you've been stuck in that vicious cycle all this time.) Once you start to connect the dots between your subconscious triggers and your conscious behaviour, you have much more agency in choosing another course moving forwards.
